THERAPY without the TRAFFIC or AWKWARD WAITING ROOM…

Therapy from your SAFE SPACE

I run my practice entirely via telehealth, which means our sessions happen wherever you feel most comfortable - your couch, your bed, your car, a quiet corner of your office. You choose.

We can meet via secure video through my private practice software, or if you prefer, we can do the whole session over the phone. Your call.

Why Telehealth Works So Well for Autistic & ADHD Women

Here's the thing about telehealth that I absolutely love: you get to show up exactly as you are, in a space you control.

No masking in waiting rooms. No fluorescent lights. No unfamiliar sensory experiences. No judgment about how you're sitting, what you're wearing, or what you're doing with your hands.

You can:

  • Stim, pace, fidget, or rock without anyone batting an eye

  • Surround yourself with your soft toys, weighted blanket, or whatever brings you comfort

  • Turn your camera off if you need to focus on talking, not performing

  • Wear your PJs (seriously, many of my clients do)

  • Control the lighting, temperature, and background noise

  • Have your pet nearby for regulation

  • Move around your space however you need to

  • Take the session from wherever works for you that day

No travel. No parking stress. No transition overwhelm. Your session fits into your day with minimal disruption.

Some of my clients take sessions curled up on their couch. Some sit at their desk with their fidget toys. Some pace around their room. Some turn off the camera entirely and just talk. Some are in their car in a parking lot because it's the only quiet space they have that day.

All of that? Completely okay. Actually, more than okay - it's exactly what I want. I want you comfortable so we can do the actual work.

HOW IT actually works

Phone sessions: I call you at our scheduled time. That's it.

Video sessions: You'll get an email with a Zoom link the day before our session. Click it at session time and I'll be waiting. Zoom will ask if you want to use your browser or download the app - totally up to you, both work perfectly. No account to create, no fuss.

You'll just need a phone or computer, decent internet (for video), and somewhere you feel comfortable talking.

Tech issues? We can always switch to phone mid-session if video isn't cooperating. No stress.

What About Privacy?

All sessions are completely private and confidential - same as in-person therapy. If you need to take your session from your car, a closed bedroom, or wherever gives you privacy, that works perfectly fine.

If you live with family or housemates and need strategies for privacy, we can figure that out together.

After-Hours Sessions

I offer (limited) after-hours appointments, which means you can schedule sessions after work, after the kids are in bed, or whenever works for your life. Telehealth makes flexibility actually possible.

Still Not Sure?

I get it - if you've never done telehealth before, it might feel a bit weird at first. That's normal. But I promise it becomes second nature quickly. In fact, my clients pretty quickly tell me they'd stick with telehealth even if in-person became an option - it just works better for them.

And honestly? The freedom to be yourself in your own space usually outweighs any initial awkwardness pretty fast.
