I love this book (actually, I love all of Emily Nagoski’s books) and should you ever work with me, there’s a fair chance we’ll touch on content from this one. It’s a great read that talks about how to help end the cycle of overwhelm and exhaustion, and confront the obstacles that stand between women and well-being. It includes insights from the latest science, prescriptive advice, and helpful worksheets and exercises and is such a lovely complement to any work I do with clients around managing stress, burnout and parenthood.
